NAME & JAIL SELF EMPLOYED NON PAYING PARENTS

CSA - HAS TO JAIL THEM ITS THE ONLY WAY

I am Michelle Main, Elgin,Scotland

I have been battling against my ex for 8 years for him to pay his children, to-date i have recieved appox£1,800

I phoned him today after a comment that he says he didnt say to his kid but

quoting him he said "everyone knows what I am UP too."  Yes I am trying to support OUR kids and have tried to be nice and 8 years of neglect on their side, which has a devasting effect on me raising OUR kids.

£1800/8 YEARS/365 DAYS/2 KIDS= 0.3082 perday that is less than half a penny per day,

Its time something was done - jailing them is the only way i can see it working after 8 years of hearing about arrestment of wages and taking cars and so on, I still not got anywhere, and I am not the only person's there is plently of people in my sitution - its time to make a stance.
