Establish a Non-Partisan Civilian Watchdog for Government Accountability

We, the undersigned, call upon the federal and provincial governments of Canada to create a **Civilian Watchdog Entity** dedicated to overseeing all government institutions, including ministries, banks, and legal entities.

 Purpose of the Watchdog: 

- Investigate Complaints: This entity will have the authority to investigate complaints against institutions that fail to address wrongdoing internally.

- Make Recommendations: It will provide recommendations for improving accountability and transparency within these institutions.

- Impose Consequences: Should wrongdoing be identified, the watchdog will have the power to charge companies and institutions that do not address issues appropriately.

Why This is Necessary: 

The public deserves a system of checks and balances that ensures accountability at all levels of government and the private sector. Establishing this watchdog will help restore faith in our institutions and ensure justice is served fairly and equitably.
