درخواست اعطای مجوز کار به دانشجویان داروسازی ورودی مهر ۹۴

با سلام و احترام
نظر به ماده ۱۱ از فصل دوم آئین نامه آموزشی دوره دکتری عمومی داروسازی ورودی ۹۴ که مصوب شصت و یکمین جلسه شورای عالی برنامه ریزی علوم پزشکی میباشد، قبولی در آزمون ۱۸۰ واحدی صرفا برای ادامه تحصیل دانشجویان است. از این رو دانشجویان ورودی مهر ۹۴ کل کشور با توجه به گذراندن واحد های درسی لازم ، خواستار اعطای مجوز های لازمه جهت کار در داروخانه های شهری میباشند.
این مجوز توسط برخی از دانشکده ها به دانشجویان اعطا شده است (نمونه نامه در پیوست قید شده است) اما در سایر دانشکده ها شاهد مخالفت معاونین آموزشی و روسای دانشکده میباشیم. لذا پیرو موارد فوق ذکر شده و همچنین وضعیت بیماری کرونا در کشور ، این نیرو جوان و تازه نفس آماده خدمت رسانی به مردم بزرگ ایران زمین میباشد و از جنابتان تقاضا دارد دستورات لازمه جهت اعطای مجوز فوق به روسای دانشکده های داروسازی ابلاغ گردد.
