We have to clean out those rotten bins every week. The scavengers( recyclers) tear the black bags and even throw the contents into the bins to take useable bags for their own use. This cause a big mess that's get worse the longer the bin is out for collection. Come on clean up!

My bin is only emptied every 3rd week. 2 of my bins have already been stolen. A month ago, my bin wasn't emptied AND the wheels were stolen. I don't bother anymore. I now pay someone else (while also paying Council) to remove my rubbish weekly!

Our town of Primrose in Germiston is filthy. The street are being cleaned by the residents because they are being attended to by the council. The weeds are overgrown. This places is a disgrace. The grass is high and the school kids cmt even walk on the pavement. The tall grass is a safety risk for any pedestrians and residents

Waste management is in total crisis. Week after week our bins sit on the pavement waiting to be emptied. When we are lucky enough to have our bins emptied, we have to walk up and down the street trying to find our bins which often are left in the road and 3 - 4 houses away from where they were originally put out.
Enough is enough, never mind the health hazards.

It affects us weekly with the refuse removal not done / done on time.
This is surely causing a health problem.
Afterall the waste department get paid for a job not done completely.
