l have been a dart player in Australia for over 35 & l ask you to consider to reinstate darts as a sport. Darts is a growing sport in Australia & l know this from previously being involved in running dart leagues. Queensland has many world class players who have played on the world big stage at the World Championships & has also hosted tournaments that attract the world biggest names in the sport inclucding the world top 10 ranked players. Queensland also has the state team that represents the state yearly full of world class talent. l'm dumbfounded why you world remove it as a sport.Peter Campbell (Morwell, 2020-10-26)

Darts is a sport across the county and the world. It is physical and mental. Game of skills and has so many individual and team fundamentals.Has been recognised in Australia in the past and should continue be recognised as it is a great building block for young players to evolve and represent their country on the world stage.

I played darts in central queensland and this needs to be done. My home town is a small community and people in that town hardly knew there was a dart clubKaitlynne Cahill (Hay, 2020-11-04)

Darts needs to be a recognised sport in Australia. We have world champions playing in the UK because that's where they can only display their sporting abilities and be recognised. Come on Australia keep.up with the times.Alfreida Roberts (Brisbane, 2020-11-04)

Some clubs struggle for money, Grants are a helping hand in this respect. Because Darts is not considered a sport in Qld , the grants are Out Of Bounds , Unreachable. This ruling must be overturned to continue the operation of healthy Darts as a Sport ( According to Foxtel it is along with Snooker) in Queensland!kevin hansen (Kelso, 2020-11-06)

Darts has always been a sport thought my life and my family's life - I have invested much of time and effort into Dart Clubs and Association spanning some 40 years to see it being downgraded and technically holding the clubs and Associations to ransom we want and need to make improvements to our clubs we want to be enabled not disabled by the government to foster and continue to promote darts as a sport.Donna Kawane (Rockhampton, 2021-02-02)

Darts is a sport, it should be recognised as a sport, we should be able to get sponsorship for all players, if its good enough for the rest of the world it should be good enough for Australia, let our young ones have a go at being the best they can be!Therese Richards (Hervey Bay QLD, 2021-02-13)
