we want to fight to get first preference..when the SAPas advertises the posts, the ratio is not fair...they advertise 10 000 post and select only 1000 from graduates...it must be the other way round...


When they advertise posts for graduates, you find that they only want 5 people nationally...but for grade 12 they are willing to advertise 1000 to 10000...our degrees must work for us...the SAPS is the only overarching department as far as criminal investigation is concerned, therefore they must open doors for qualified criminal investigators.
