I do not personally know Gregory, but when our area has electrical issues, he is usualy the guy that steps in to have it sorted according to our local information channels. It would be a huge loss to CoT to lose this knowledgeable, hardworking person.

Mr. Gregory von Gorden is one of the few people you can rely on at the City of Tshwane Munisipality. We as residents of the City is so negative towards the city's management, poor performance from then counselors, as well as service deliveries. Gregory is one of a few who still do an outstanding service and now the City wants to get rid of him.

My question is as follows: so if you perform and get service done you get fired? How does the City's management think?

Because.. Our business can not run without power. Every issue ever who is there assisting? GREGG!
big or small gregg always.lends a hand. Driving up and down delivering Mcds a community member bought for the workers working endlessly on power outages.. cables stolen a week later still NO response from the DA who came to assist? GREGG and he's city of tshwane team. if anyone went to read the posts he uploaded and actually put some thought into what they are reading they wouldve seen that Gregg DID NOT ATTATCK city of Tshwane bt WHOM HE IS EMPLOYED. he did not even attack anyone. He only stated FACTS that DA are covering up.

If you know gregg personaly you would know how he leaves a braai with family, Loses time with his kids because when duty calls he is ALWAYS ready to serve. City of Tswane will make a BIG mistake by Letting him go. He is a honest and hardworking individual who puts PRETORIA above all else.

As a newcomer to the area I was shocked to see how much theft, vandalism and failures due to eg untrimmed trees are impacting on electricity supply. The name Gregory pops up at any time of the day and night to feedback on restoring electricity or at least guidance on the severeness and impact of the problem. This ensures that the community stays informed whether it is good or bad news and has a positive impact on people's acceptance of the challenges of service failures.

Gregory works with his heart, integrity and dignity and ensures that the Ward 3 community's best interests are attended to, often even to the detriment and disadvantage of his own family time. If COT dismisses Gregory, they would lose one of the few honest, dedicated and hardworking still working for COT, and they will prove to the residents of Tshwane that they are no better than the ANC as Cilliers Brink cannot take criticism and abuses his power in order to victimize and bully COT employees that disagrees with him and his viewpoint.
