The Ekhurhuleni area is under severe pressure due to several roads being closed.
This as a result of poor road maintenance, illegal mining activities causing roads to collapse.
Policing in the areas of concern are limited and with already several roads being marked as hijacking and crime hotspots it WILL have dire consequences on cars boxed in at intersections. Not to even mention unnecessary fuel and times wastages.
Our country is at a point of collapse due to greed in our long overdue ruling party.

This decision will not only worsen the already congested traffic on the R23 but will create the perfect environment for criminals to prosper. Turning Intersections from robots to four way stops is dangerous as people don't abide by the rules of the road, causes traffic congestion especially during peak hrs. Cost of fuel has risen to get from point a to point b. We cannot be getting nothing for our taxes that we so diligently pay each month/year. When is this government and local municipalities going stop stealing.
