There is an overwhelming disregard for our autonomy as individuals. We all have personal commitments and established lives outside of our work, yet we are expected to uproot our lives. Even if we can accept that it is for the communities we serve, the ICSP and NDOH does not even have the consideration to give us more than 4 weeks and 4 days (the current days left before the expected starting date at the time of writing this) to make this sacrifice.
