You've said it all in the petition text. Dr Lawford-Smith is doing nothing wrong. She is exercising her right to express serious safe-keeping concerns. The ones who will accuse of vilification are the ones doing so here to one of their own community, supposedly. I have seen them calling on people to shut this site down, report it because it is publishing 'fake stories'.
How misogynistic to write them off as fake without having any proof of such a wild claim, that hundreds of women are just making shit up because they "hate" trans people. So these women are all liars? Please...
The TRAs kneejerk reaction to this site will not stand. It is aggressive and uncalled for, and is not dissimilar to the "not all men" protestors that jump out EVERY time women speak about men's violence towards us, with the intention of silencing mere statements of fact.

I sincerely hope the University of Melbourne stands by Holly, transparency of debate, and its own Freedom of Expression policy, and does not add itself to the list of universities who have been failing women recently by brushing off their voices as those of hateful bigots.
