Enough is enough!!!!,Counsil very fast to cut your power and water supply if you don't pay the full amount when they made a mistake on your account.You also have to wait hours/days to be re-connected even if it was a mistake from their side. I am Primrose east resident who is unhappy. Poor service ever since and no one want to take responsibility at our everyday challenges.

Right now as im writing my outside electric cable has been left hanging outside the house since March. When I go to complain I get promise that the technician will come and they never come.

The incompetent staff need to be dealt with. We get electric cut off almost everyday but I pay the bill every month. Why is like the municipality is doing me a favour?

Even when there's water shortage they place water tanks far from my home street. Belhambra and Homestead Spar are like world apart. Our government must intervene.
