I am signing in because I want to see justice done for all social workers, to go to school for four years and the next thing you are not paid enough with lots of tasks done by the social worker. Worse part of it not getting any job after completion of your degree, really it is painfully going through all of the hard work, then to stay at home being jobless.

(Johannesburg, 2018-03-13)

The President of Republic of South Africa has inform the New Minister of Social Development that Social Workers studies for 4 years at University Level. Therefore they don't deserve the Salary level they get like administrators.

The minister has to adjust salary scales for Social Workers and make sure that the high number of unemployed Social Workers decreased.
Our profession needs to be taken serious by South African Government.
