PETITION TO INTRODUCE ROAD CALMING MEASURES ON WILGEROAD FARRAMERE BENONI
The road markings and road on Wilge Road, Farramere, needs to be upgraded. The uncontrolled and excessive speeding in the area is placing many children, park users and wild life in danger and without clear road markings and road calming measures, road users frequently disobey the rules of the road by engaging in risky driving behaviour.
We the Residents of the greater Benoni, Farrarmere, herewith would like to petition the MMC for Transport Planning, Roads and Stormwater, Cllr. Andile Mngweu, to introduce road calming measures to reduce the speed on Wilge Road, Farrarmere, between Coleridge Road and De La mere, to 40km.
