When the Union member came to speak her first words we're vote in favor of the contract because if we kept our severance pay many jobs will be lost in the near future. Where did they find these representative?? I thought these information sessions we're meant to advise emplyees of there choices. They should of given employees facts not there personel opinions to direct our votes in there favor. Most voters didn't even know what severance pay was and just heard that if they didn't vote for this contract that they would lose jobs or there pensions. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO MORE TRUST IN OUR UNION AND WOULD LIKE OPT OUT
