Name few who you think are better then current 4 hard working trustees who have always taken masjid first my question is where where these people when masjid needed them during the built up 

Majority of southall community is with them 

Just handfull trying to cause fitna in masjid

Southall does not need divided community majority of those done petition can not show a single amount of considerable contribution in masjid where it is time commitment or financial every one here brag about money give show some proofs please dnt just yap yap

Name a few alternatives? Sorry old man this isn't how it works. We shouldn't support nepotism - cast the net wider than your phone book.

People can put their names into the hat, present their profiles to the public and we vote for them.

As a suggestion, since its 2020, try having these groups better represented:

* Black People - the somali community for example is huge, but they can't understand Urdu which is mostly spoken by the imams and staff.

* Reverts -  they need a support network

* People under the age of 50 (seriously!) - all the Trustees are grandfathers

* Women! Every southall masjid needs to do more for women. How can you fulfil their needs if there is no representative or voice??

Commentator. You know the people who were trying to help the 4 trustees kicked him out for years and years did not call him or update him on matters especially the building. Are you aware of this? Most of the public want a new board of trustees.

Most of Southall community does not know what the current trustees get up to behind closed doors. Most do not know who current trustees are. Most do not know 1 of the trustees stole money from another. Most do not know that trustee spent time in Dubai jail. Most do not know why Ramadhan timetable with all the mosuqe on them when produced each year why was it stopped and who made this happen.

Most people do not know the few you talk about want this change but the 4 do not.
