نحن ابناء المحافظات ( نينوى )و(صلاح الدين) و(ديالى) و(الانبار) وبعد خذلنا بنو عمومتنا من العرب, وتامر علينا الشرق المجوسي الصفوي والغرب الامريكي , وبعد ان ثبت لدينا بما لايقبل الشك, وعبر الاف الشواهد ,ان نظام الحكم في بغداد غارق الى اذنيه في السياسه الطائفيه التي اتخذها منهجا, نجد ان لا محيص لنا من تشكيل اقليم اداري امني اقتصادي نقيم فيه ميزان العدل الذي افتقدناه من بغداد ونعمر فيه اوطاننا التي انزلقت نحو هاوية التخلف والفساد
