Damn does no one ever check up on these things? Sit back and wait for the taps to run dry ... this is pathetic, contigency plans would be the order of the day, but instead its always "Oh dear now what" We need to enforce Accountability within the municipality & Rand Water! As a community we need to DEMAND yes DEMAND explanations. If they are not capable of running the water affairs then they should admit such and let the professionals step in and lead the way! They receive enough money on a monthly basis from all of us .... so why do we find ourselves in this precarious situation time after time!!! WE PAY & YOU DON'T DELIVER!!! UNACCEPTABLE
