 Not when you allow them to flourish in an uncontrolled atmosphere where one person can sign it multiple times. There is no protocol or safeguards to prevent that which renders the petition powerless.  Trust me on this one, if you're one of the 1%ers that doesn't like the job I'm doing then use the traditional power of your vote when the next election comes up.  Don't waste your time on petitions that the 1%'ers put out.  The vast majority of FA's are smart enough to not be swayed by this cheap ploy.
