I wish for BKB events to be approved fighting events by local politicians and councils.

Being an avid reader of BKB dating back many years, I'm delighted as a fan that BKB is on the up again.

I do believe there is a misconception to the overall aspects of BKB events. Myself, being involved in other fighting sports feel BKB shares similar respects and gentlemanly conducts alongside respected sports such as Muay Thai.

I'm concerned at the naivety of one politician who said these men were causing actual bodily harm on each other. i guess boxing, mma, kickboxing, rugby, martial arts (a variety) Muay Thai etc don't fall in to this actual bodily harm :s (confused).

Around 10 years ago there was scaremongering in the cage fighting scene. Largely because people who make or break these events (Councillors) put a stop to these events because they found it primitive and violent. Again, a sheer lack of understanding for what these events are about.

I see BKB taking it's place eventually, it's just a matter of time.
