I have been trying to find out date of meeting a village hall with planning committee on web when I have come across swale borough council planning notes which state in the recommendation the council believe the overwhelming advantages of the proposal outweigh any possible objections and are recommending that the Borough Council raise no objection to the application!!!!! So basically decision has been made before meetings at village hall and swale house.
