Proposal Summary

The Veteran’s Club is seeking permission to install a flagpole and American flag with floodlights. There will be landscape features which include flowers and shrubbery.    

Goal,

The Veterans Club aims to provide an aesthetically pleasing feature the community can enjoy.  

Flagpole Structure Feature

The flagpole structure will have a commercial-grade one-piece 30′ satin finish. It will be seated in the center in a 15ft circular landscape feature/structure located to the left side of the clubhouse, as pictured in attachment 1. We will request the assistance and guidance of the grounds committee and garden club for landscaping, electrical, and lighting involvement. The monument designs will be determined by donation and fundraising efforts. See attachment 2 for monument designs. The final proposal will be presented to the TWL community for approval.      

Project Funding 

The TWL HOA will not be responsible for any funding or maintenance of this project. The Veterans Club will maintain and fund this entire project through fundraising and donations.    

Cost

The cost will be approximately $5400.00 for the structure, landscaping, flagpole, and flag.
