The lack of infrastructure of public transport has led to an increased number of vehicles on the road. Employers in Cape Town CBD has adjusting working hours to as early as 06:30 am to accommodate the influx of traffic toward and from the CBD. Golden Arrow Bus Services is the only reliable means of public transport but only has one bus available in the morning from Kuilsriver – Cape Town CBD that reaches Cape Town CBD at 07:20 for the earliest.
