Attention, dear passengers! As part of the implementation of the SM100 directive, the railway administration has made significant changes to the His Voice system. Important reporting functions including "ARRIVAL", "ARRIVAL+DEPARTURE" and others have been suppressed. This means that passengers miss out on key information about train arrivals, their routes and other important announcements. This change dramatically reduces passenger awareness and makes it difficult to navigate, especially for those who are unable to follow the carriers' applications or do not have access to other sources of information. Many can thus find themselves stressed or confused at stations and bus stops, not knowing where to turn. We call on the Railway Administration to return these reports immediately! Passengers have the right to understandable and timely information that will enable them to travel comfortably and safely by rail. We are asking for the public's support - sign the petition to scrap SM100 and help us ensure the return of the full-featured announcements that were previously commonplace at all our stations. Together we can restore what has long been a part of Czech railway culture!
