(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#3

It is illegal
It is hindering development
It is causing property values to drop
It is a haven for crime

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#15

My pension is part of the PIC investment and this will have a very negative influence on our investment.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#19

I have to travel pas there at 05:30 on Sunday mornings and as a woman alone I don't feel safe especially at robots when I have to stop.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#38

This property borders mine. Not only will it greatly increase criminal activity my immediate community, it will also devalue my property to the point where I cannot sell it should I wish to leave.

(Erasmuskloof, 2019-03-28)

#39

We have seen the disasters that come from letting an informal settlement develop in a piece of ground like the one near Woodlands! It's unacceptable for both the people in the suburbs affected as well as those that land up living in these disgusting slums!! Sicknesses, rampant crime(House robberies, rapes, murders, prostitution...) loss of quality of life for everyone!!!

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#40

Very close to our property. Health and fire risk. More crime in the area.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#41

I have a direct stake in this development. There is no possibility of available job opportunities. It will increase crime.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#45

I live here and this only brings opportunities for crime to our area.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#47

Open land in Erasmuskloof remove the vagrants

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#49

Squatter camps cause crime

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#50

Stop the new plastic view!!! Unacceptable

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#51

We don't want a plastic view here in Erasmuskloof. Please let's stop it now!

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#53

It will cause another plastic view

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#54

I understand the health and safety risks of theseinformal settlements. The government should be providing better solutions to the influx problem and upgrade transport routes and options. Allowing these settlements to pop up only gives a poor message to the citizens and immigrants to our country.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#58

The PIC must take control of their property next to Erasmuskloof and clear out the vagrants.

(Erasmuskloof, 2019-03-28)

#61

The informal settlement is a eyesore and security risk

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#68

It is a nightmare starting... please remove the people from that area

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#70

I’m signing because of the potential security risk to my family and neighbors , health risk to my family, neighbors and the squatters. Potential devaluation of property. Above can lead to higher premiums ons insurance as a result of higher risk.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#71

Unhealthy environment.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-28)

#74

Because more illegals will stay their, than legals.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#76

To stop the illegal occupation

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#82

This will have direct impact on me

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#86

I believe PIC is not managing the resources properly. By ignoring the problem it will become bigger and more pension money will be wasted resolving it. It is in our residents interest to attend to the matter urgently

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

RJ VAN RENSBURG

(Tshwane, 2019-03-29)

#88

This is outrageous. There are no sanitary, water or housing facilities. It is a sore eye and can lead to health risks.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#93

To maintain the ecological integrity of the wider living area.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#100

This is a health risk as well as a security risk.
If this petition can help to mitigate these risks in the area our property value and our standard of life will definitely increase.

(Erasmuskloof, 2019-03-29)

#103

Owners of land must take responsibility

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#104

Dont want another plastic view looming in our mids. Only crime will emerge.

(Elarduspark, 2019-03-29)

#108

The situation is becoming out of control and we pass there daily on our way to work and home and this is a potential for criminal activity.

This will also affect property prices in the area as a whole.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#113

We cannot allow uncontrolled occupation with health, security and safety hazards!

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#117

I do not think it is safe for another informal settlement in the area. The PIC needs to develop on the property

(Wingate Park, 2019-03-29)

#119

It is a major health risk. It damages the ecco system with pollution and is also a major security risk and saftey risk to motorist as pedestrians are walking over the street and begging at street corners.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#123

It is unsave

(Erasmuskloof, 2019-03-29)

#124

I live 2 km from there. They litter, make fires and crime has increased in my area.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#135

It is a disgrace how lawlessness is allowed to florish an community cleansiness going downhill.

(Moreletapark, 2019-03-29)

#143

We do not need another Plastic View Settlement

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#145

We not need another uncontrolled informal settlement

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#154

We have to stop it now before the crime starts getting worse in our community!

(Elarduspark, 2019-03-29)

#163

The property and the occupants are a big security threat in our area. When development start it will also bring the price and value of surrounding areas up.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#177

Uncontrolled squatters cannot be allowed because they are mostly illegal migrants with no income so the crime rate increases and the values of the properties in the areas for citizens who have been staying here for years, drop.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#179

This is a residential area and devaluation of property is a major concern.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#184

Overload sewage system. Demolish trees and infrastructure. Increase crime

(Tshwane, 2019-03-29)

#186

City of Tshwane is not enforcing the by laws and removing vagrants.
This for Erasmuskloof where they seem to rather support the growth of vagrants rather than removing them.

(Prstoria, 2019-03-29)

#187

Crime and litter will increase the area!! Already it is a safety risk just to stop at the traffic lights and intersections in that specific area...you can't have an open vehicle window, and especially at night it is horrible to stop at those intersections. The vagrants are everywhere, begging and sitting in the road where you can't see them properly.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#192

An informal settlement with no sanitation facilities is a health hazard to those who live there and the surrounding residents

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#194

Security & safety concerns. No sanitation!!

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)

#196

People should not be able to live live under these conditions

(Tshwane, 2019-03-29)

#199

I am signing this cause the DA has done nothing about this in the past and now suddenly they want to fix it before elections. I actually hope they do something for once. Also cause of my families safety.

(Pretoria, 2019-03-29)
