CLEAR THE DUMPING BY CONTRACTORS ON THE OPEN SPACE ON LYNNWOOD ROAD BETWEEN ELIZABETH GROVE AND RODERICKS ROAD

We, the residents of Lynnwood, request the City of Tshwane to take immediate action to force TCT Construction to immediately remove the dumping they have done on the open space on Lynnwood road, Lynnwood.

TCT must also replace all indigenous trees that were planted on the open space that have been destroyed by the dumping.

TCT is supposed to daily water down the dust to avoid the polution , which is not happening, and cannot take place, as no one can enter the area any longer.

TCT is supposed to use the area for stock piling not dumping, for the BRT LINE 2B. Thye have not removed any of the material in weeks. 

The area is now full to the point of no access to the area, and the dumped soil is dry and causing sever dust and health issues in the residential area. It is also severely compromising our security and damaging the fencing on the open space.
