Principal abusing her management role

 I was unfair dismissed at work for braking down next to my subject facilitator and opening to him about my challenges. After my I was told about my dismissal a staff meeting was called and teacher were told about my ending contract. Honestly speaking it felt like they were rubbing it in face after all the sacrifices I've made.

I'm not the talkative person even when I see that I have to address some issue I always choose to let them go.

I started working at Central College last 17 May. Later on I found out that I was pregnant I continued doing my work mam very well even when I was 7 month pregnant mam I made sure that my pregnancy won't disturb my work did everything on time.

Funny how my principal said to the district official I was very strong when that sir asked if I was in a good state to invigilate grade 12.

My same principal that called Mr(a colleague) for helping me with grade 10 invigilation and said to him I was not sick I'm only pregnant and invigilation is part of my teaching duty.

January I was 9 month when I returned to school, I worked without failing until 29 January Monday when I decided not to go to school coz I was feeling pain. I wrote them a message letting them know why I was absent.

31st January it was Wednesday, I delivered my baby through C-section.

6 February I received a call from my principal calling with Pastor's(Director of the school) cellphone. Asking when am I coming back coz the district people where there and they want learners to be taught.

I begged her to please wait for me to take off my stitches Monday 12 then I'll come back on the 15th February. She said that's to long learner need a teacher. If I'm not coming back I must look for a teacher before the end of that day who will hold for me til I come back.

Mam I went to Facebook groups of unemployed teachers looking for a teacher who will hold for me coz I was afraid of losing my job after giving birth.

Luckily I got sir and I have him principal's number. Sir started on the 7th of February.

Principal got back to me asking me about sir's pay I said I don't mind they can give him half of my salary(R4500) coz I'm earning R9000 while I teach grade 7,8,9,10,11&12. Given HOD duties on top. Doing extra classes on Saturdays, Evening classes Mon & Thur (4pm til 8pm)

So now they are blaming me for not talking or opening to my principal about my challenges. How was I going to open to someone who never understood my pain while I was pregnant? Funny coz they've already replaced me but they insist that I should work til next week Tuesday which month end.

Many employees have suffered from this woman, others lost their jobs because of this woman.

Best solution is that she resign or step down as the principal of the school.
